The Alfaia association is a space dedicated to the visual arts, to all its complex connections with other disciplines and with the production of knowledge. Attentive to the dynamics of the Algarve, the population that inhabits it and those who visit us.

The new headquarters of Associação Alfaia, in Loulé, aim to provide the Algarve region with a space dedicated to the creation, dissemination and research of contemporary art, with a regular, demanding and independent program that involves hosting exhibition projects, artistic residencies , educational services, conversations, workshops, masterclasses, research and publications.

This Alfaia begins to redesign the land, with energy and attitude, a continuous design, an intentional design of connection between people, cultures and territories, with the Algarve as a starting point.
